A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH TO EXPLORE THE APPLICATIONS AND ANTICIPATE THE IMPACTS OF QUANTUM COMPUTING IN THE SHORT, MEDIUM, AND LONG TERM
The strong disruptive potential of quantum computing brings many challenges to overcome and it is the mission of the Quantum Hub to give companies the means to prepare for this potential revolution.
The French quantum ecosystem is rich in academic actors and entrepreneurs who are exploring different paths to lead to the quantum advantage, strongly supported by an ambitious national program.
Industrial and academic players must prepare for the growing international competition and disruption of value chains.
This is the route proposed to the partners of the Quantum Hub who maintain proximity with the network of houses of quantum and in particular the Maison du Quantique Alpes.
With its expertise on tensor networks, the Quantum Hub explores the path of algorithms inspired by quantum physics to solve problems also on classical machines.
As a manufacturer or company, you can submit an application for membership to the HUB.

The objective here is to propose a structured and critical vision of classical and emerging methods applied to PDE in order to better understand the issues that are associated. Are addressed: the current methods, the barriers that remain, the new approaches to be followed and the conditions necessary to assess their relevance.

This 2026 event aimed to offer an exhaustive comparison of the main hardware technologies involved in building the future quantum computer. It made it possible to understand the state of the art of platforms as well as the obstacles that still need to be overcome in order to give end users shared visibility between academics and start-ups on the roadmaps that aim for quantum advantage.
After a simplified presentation of the principles, the potential of future quantum computers and the expectations of the quantum advantage, this article points out the remaining locks to be lifted in light of the 4 initial scenarios of the Quantum 2042 study.
