A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH TO SHAPE THE FUTURE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES AND CO-BUILD TOMMORW’S TECHNOLOGY ROADMAPS
 In 2026, CEA extends the momentum initiated by its forward-looking study âDATA 2040â by launching this Hub in partnership with a wide range of industrial and institutional stakeholders.
The objectives are twofold: to identify technological solutions that overcome the limitations imposed by hardware and energy constraints, enabling responsible and sustainable use of data; and to explore the positioning of computing within an edge-to-cloud consortium, including solutions to optimize energy usage and levers to strengthen strategic autonomy.

By joining this Hub, participants become active contributors, collaboratively exploring data center use cases. The CEA facilitates and ensures a trusted relationship among members, structuring the community through confidentiality agreements and excluding competing actors within the value chain.
